Guest  

  • Check in any time after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 11:00 am on the departure date. A late check-out costs $20 per hour unless arrangements have been approved in advance.

  • All visitors and guests without reservations must register at the office and sign the CanyonSide Campground policy/pet policy. Day passes for guests/visitors are $15, and the dog guest fee is $10.

  • Children must be supervised at all times. Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and actions, especially in the mountain environment.

  • Fires are allowed only in designated areas and must be kept to a reasonable size. Fires should be supervised at all times and must be fully extinguished after use.

  • Quiet hours: 10 pm–7 am. Please respect fellow guests by avoiding loud noise or abusive language, as it may result in eviction without refund.

Cabin Rentals

  • Furnishings or kitchen items must remain within their assigned cabins and not be taken outside.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside cabins. Smoking outside is permitted; violators will incur a $200 cleaning fee.

  • All dishes must be washed before check-out; clean dishes may be left in the dish drainer.

  • Guests are expected to responsibly operate all furnishings, appliances, plumbing fixtures, entertainment equipment, firepits, BBQ grills, and other items provided during their stay.

  • Cabins should be left in an orderly condition to avoid additional housekeeping charges.

RV and Tent Site Rentals

  • Fire pits, grills, and campsite equipment should be used safely and responsibly. Personal equipment must also be operated in a safe manner.

  • Sites must be left clean and free of trash, food waste, and debris upon departure.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • No refunds are issued for early departures, inclement weather, power outages, water outages, or mechanical failures.

  • Reservation cancellations: No refunds for cancellations 0–7 days before arrival; 50% refunds for cancellations 8–29 days before arrival; full refunds (minus a $10 cancellation fee) for cancellations 30+ days before arrival.

  • Group reservations are non-refundable within 45 days of arrival. Date modifications are permitted at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Damages

  • Guests agree to promptly notify CanyonSide Campground of any property damage and reimburse the campground for necessary repairs, replacements, or extraordinary cleaning ($25/hr).

  • Guests assume responsibility for any harm or damage caused by their pets while on-site. A $25 fee applies for violations such as unleashed pets, failure to clean up after pets, excessive barking, etc.
